• Skinny or Thin? //
  • This is a weight loss blog. I'm doing it for me, I need to lose weight before I go to Bali on the 25th of November, this is the only way I'll get motivated! I hope to reach my goal by 21st of November. So. I'm going to be as dedicated as I can, I only have a month to do this. I'm going to record the exercise I do and what I consume everyday, as well as post pictures to get me motivated. I do a weigh-in every week. I'll post tips and recipes as well. I've signed up for a one month membership at the gym, and since I'm moving away after Bali I couldn't get any longer :'(. I began on the 21st of October at 58.1 kg. Goal weight for 21 november: 53kg or under. //

I’M BACK

i went to bali and had my fun and now i’m back to 58.8kg and i feel gross and self concious and so totally disappointed in myself. but I’ve decided to do something about it and start again, as hard as it’s going to be considering i’m currently living in france!

Saturday 19th of November.

FOOD

Breakfast: None.

Lunch: Wrap with veggies, fetta and pesto with a side of turkish bread.

Dinner: A slice of Pizza.

Snacks: Some chips and jatz with philadelphia.

My collarbone is becoming more visible, and I can kinda see the beginnings of a thigh gap. I know I definitely won’t get it until next friday. I might fast this week. Maybe eat hardly anything during the day and normal dinners… we’ll see. For now, I’m off to the gym :P

Friday, 18th of November.

FUCK MY LIFE WHY DO I SNACK SO MUCH! TODAY I”M DOING EXTRA EXERCISE FOR WHAT I ATE YESTERDAY

FOOD

Breakfast: None.

Lunch: Mango Lassi.

Dinner: Mexxican - 4 mini burritos with refired beans, lettuce tomato, sour cream and cheese.

Snacks: 3 pieces of garlic bread, 2 chocolate biscuits, some chips. waaaaaah.

EXERCISE

30 minute run.
